Modern Combative Systems Logo   The basis of the Modern Combative Systems Logo is the triangle.

The strongest shape known to man.

The bottom line stands for Mindset, without it all training is futile. One side of the triangle stands for Tools and the other for Training.

These form the combat triad and show balance.

Inside of the triangle represents the open mind and the open hand which all combat starts.

Next is the stick, the most primary, crude yet effective weapon.
Then the Sykes Fairbairn Dagger to remind us to train for what really works and not what feels good. Sykes, Fairbairn and Applegate paved the way of Close Quarters Combat.

A Glock 19 tops it off. The Glock is pure business. No flash, no show. Just reliable.
